Definition of Facial Rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation refers to the process of restoring a more youthful appearance to the face by addressing common signs of aging, such as wrinkles, sagging skin, and loss of volume. This can be achieved through a variety of surgical and non-surgical options. Non-surgical options include Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify injections to relax facial muscles and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Dermal fillers like Sculptra, Radiesse, and Kybella can be used to add volume to the lips, cheeks, chin, temples, and jawline. Laser treatments and collagen induction therapy can also help improve skin texture and tone. Surgical options include eyelid surgery, lip augmentation, facelifts, and VASER liposuction to target specific areas of concern. The goal of facial rejuvenation is to achieve a natural-looking, more youthful appearance by addressing specific areas of concern with a tailored approach that may include both surgical and non-surgical techniques.

– Importance of maintaining a youthful appearance

In today’s society, there is a significant emphasis on physical attractiveness, and maintaining a youthful appearance is often seen as important for various reasons. Firstly, society often places a high value on physical attractiveness, and a youthful appearance can impact career opportunities, social interactions, and overall success. Research has shown that individuals who are perceived as more attractive often have more opportunities in their careers and social lives.

In addition to societal emphasis, maintaining a youthful appearance also has psychological benefits for individuals. It can boost self-confidence, improve self-esteem, and enhance overall well-being. Many people feel happier and more content when they feel good about their appearance.

There are various methods and techniques commonly used to maintain a youthful appearance, including skincare routines, cosmetic procedures, and healthy lifestyle habits. Skincare routines may include using anti-aging products, sunscreen, and regular exfoliation. Cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and facelifts can also help maintain a youthful look. Furthermore, maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and proper hydration can also contribute to a youthful appearance.

Overall, the importance of maintaining a youthful appearance is evident in the societal emphasis on physical attractiveness, the potential impact on career and social opportunities, and the psychological benefits for individuals. By incorporating skincare routines, cosmetic procedures, and healthy lifestyle habits, individuals can work towards maintaining a youthful appearance.

Factors contributing to aging

As we age, there are several factors that contribute to the natural process of aging. These factors can be both internal and external, and understanding them can help us better manage and navigate the aging process. From genetic predisposition to lifestyle choices, a combination of factors play a role in determining how we age. In this section, we will explore the various factors that contribute to aging, including biological changes, environmental influences, and the impact of lifestyle choices. Understanding these factors can help us make informed decisions about our health and well-being as we age.

Dermal fillers and volume loss

Volume loss in the face is a common sign of aging, leading to a sunken or hollow appearance. This is due to the natural loss of fat, muscle, and bone as we age. Dermal fillers, such as hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm and Restylane, are used to restore youthful dimensions by adding volume to specific areas of the face. These fillers can effectively plump up areas that have lost volume, creating a more youthful and natural-looking appearance.

Areas commonly treated with dermal fillers to address volume loss include the cheeks, temples, and jawline. The overall facial contour and symmetry can be improved by strategically injecting fillers into these areas.

The advantages of using dermal fillers for volume loss include immediate results, minimal downtime, and the ability to tailor treatment to the individual’s needs. However, there are potential downsides, such as bruising, swelling, and the need for repeat treatments, as the effects are not permanent. Factors affecting the duration of results include the type of filler used, individual metabolism, and lifestyle factors.

In summary, dermal fillers, particularly hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm and Restylane, can effectively address volume loss in the face, restoring a more youthful appearance. However, it’s important to weigh the pros and cons before undergoing treatment.

Collagen production decrease

Collagen production naturally decreases as we age, leading to a decline in skin elasticity and hydration. UV exposure from the sun can also contribute to decreased collagen production, causing premature aging and the formation of wrinkles. Lifestyle choices such as smoking and poor diet can further exacerbate the decrease in collagen production, resulting in lackluster skin.

The impact of decreased collagen production can be significant. Skin elasticity and hydration are reduced, making the skin appear looser and more prone to wrinkles. The overall health and appearance of the skin are compromised, as collagen is essential for maintaining a youthful and vibrant complexion.

Furthermore, decreased collagen production can also impede the skin’s ability to heal from wounds, leading to prolonged recovery times and potential scarring. Overall, the effects of reduced collagen production can severely impact the health and appearance of the skin, leading to increased sagging and a dull, aged complexion. It is important to protect and nourish the skin to support collagen production and maintain healthy, youthful skin.

Sun exposure and skin damage

Sun exposure can have various damaging effects on the skin, leading to issues such as age spots. The sun’s UV rays can cause the skin to produce more melanin, resulting in the development of age spots and uneven skin tone. Additionally, prolonged sun exposure can lead to premature aging, wrinkles, and an increased risk of skin cancer.

It is crucial to protect the skin from sun exposure to prevent further damage and the development of age spots. Using sunscreen with a high SPF, wearing protective clothing such as hats and long-sleeved shirts, and seeking shade during peak sun hours are all effective methods for minimizing sun damage.

The top 5 most effective ways to protect the skin from sun damage include:

  1. Applying sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and reapplying every 2 hours.
  2. Wear protective clothing, such as wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses, and long-sleeved shirts.
  3. Seeking shade during the peak hours of sunlight, typically between 10 am and 4 pm.
  4. Using umbrellas or sun shelters when spending extended periods of time outdoors.
  5. Avoid tanning beds and sunlamps, as they also emit harmful UV rays.

By following these protective measures, individuals can minimize the damaging effects of sun exposure and reduce the risk of developing age spots and other skin issues.

Common signs of aging on the face

As we age, our skin goes through a number of changes that become more visible on our faces. Understanding the common signs of aging on the face can help us better care for our skin and make informed decisions about skincare routines and treatments. From wrinkles and fine lines to sagging skin and age spots, these changes are a natural part of the aging process. By recognizing these signs, we can take steps to slow down the aging process and embrace our changing appearance with grace.

Frown lines and wrinkles

Frown lines and wrinkles can be effectively addressed through skin rejuvenation treatments that stimulate collagen growth, such as the Icon system. Collagen is essential for maintaining the skin’s firmness and elasticity, and as we age, our natural collagen production decreases, leading to the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.

The Icon system works by delivering targeted beams of light energy to the skin, stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin. This helps to repair and regenerate the skin, resulting in a fuller and more youthful appearance. The treatment is non-invasive and can effectively reduce the appearance of frown lines and wrinkles, promoting smoother and more radiant skin.

By undergoing skin rejuvenation treatments like the Icon system, individuals can experience a noticeable improvement in the appearance of frown lines and wrinkles. This innovative approach to addressing skincare concerns targets the root cause of aging skin, promoting long-lasting results. With continued treatments, individuals can enjoy a more youthful and rejuvenated complexion.

Marionette lines

Marionette lines, the lines that run from the corners of the mouth down to the chin, can be effectively treated through a variety of options. Non-invasive options include dermal fillers, which can help plump up the skin and reduce the appearance of lines, and wrinkle creams that contain retinol or peptides to improve skin texture. These treatments can provide temporary results and are relatively low-risk.

More invasive options for addressing marionette lines include facelift surgery, which can provide more dramatic and longer-lasting results. This procedure involves lifting and tightening the skin to reduce the appearance of sagging and deep lines.

Ultimately, the best treatment option for addressing marionette lines depends on the individual’s preferences, budget, and severity of the lines. Consulting with a qualified dermatologist or plastic surgeon can help determine the most suitable approach based on specific goals and expectations. Whether opting for non-invasive treatments like dermal fillers and wrinkle creams or more invasive options like facelift surgery, there are various effective solutions available for addressing marionette lines.

Volume loss in cheeks and lips

Volume loss in the cheeks and lips can occur due to several factors, including aging, weight loss, and genetics. With age, the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin decreases, leading to a loss of facial volume. Significant weight loss can also result in fat depletion in the cheeks and lips, leading to a sunken appearance. Additionally, genetics can play a role in determining the natural shape and volume of the face.

The impact of volume loss on facial appearance can result in a more aged and tired look, as well as a loss of definition in the cheeks and lips. This can lead to lowered self-esteem and confidence in individuals, potentially causing psychological distress.

There are several treatment options available for restoring volume in the cheeks and lips, including dermal fillers, fat grafting, and facial implants. Dermal fillers, such as hyaluronic acid, can be injected to add volume and contour to the cheeks and lips. Fat grafting involves transferring fat from one area of the body to the cheeks and lips. Facial implants can also be used to enhance volume in targeted areas of the face.

Overall, volume loss in the cheeks and lips can have significant effects on facial appearance and individuals’ psychological well-being, but there are effective treatment options available to restore volume and enhance facial aesthetics.

Skin Rejuvenation and Resurfacing explained

Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing are popular cosmetic procedures aimed at improving the overall appearance and texture of the skin. These treatments are designed to target a variety of common skin concerns, such as wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, sun damage, and uneven skin tone. By stimulating collagen production and removing damaged outer layers of skin, skin rejuvenation, and resurfacing can help achieve a more youthful and radiant complexion. These procedures can leave you with smoother, clearer, and more vibrant skin, whether through non-invasive techniques like chemical peels and microdermabrasion or more advanced methods like laser therapy and dermabrasion. With various options available, it’s important to consult with a qualified dermatologist or skincare professional to determine the best approach for your specific skin needs.

What exactly is skin rejuvenation and resurfacing?

Skin rejuvenation and resurfacing refer to various treatments aimed at improving the appearance and texture of the skin, reducing signs of aging, and addressing skin damage. These treatments can be achieved through a variety of methods, including laser and light treatments, chemical peels, injectables such as botox and dermal fillers, surgical procedures like facelifts, and non-surgical procedures like photorejuvenation, radiofrequency, and ultrasound.

Laser treatments are commonly used for skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, targeting specific skin concerns such as fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentation. Chemical peels involve the application of a chemical solution to the skin, which eventually peels off, revealing smoother, rejuvenated skin. Injectables like Botox and dermal fillers can effectively reduce wrinkles and add volume to the skin.

Facial rejuvenation can also be achieved through surgical procedures such as brow lifts, eye lifts, facelifts, chin lifts, and neck lifts, which can address sagging skin and tissue. Non-surgical options such as chemical peels, laser resurfacing, photorejuvenation, radiofrequency, and Ultrasound can also improve skin texture and appearance without the need for surgery. These methods help to achieve a more youthful and revitalized look by promoting collagen production and improving skin tone and elasticity.

Non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments

Non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments are popular options for those looking to improve the appearance of their skin without undergoing surgery or other invasive procedures. These treatments offer a range of options to address various concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, and discoloration. From injectables like Botox and dermal fillers to laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, non-invasive facial rejuvenation offers effective solutions with minimal downtime and few side effects. Whether you’re looking to combat the signs of aging, improve skin texture, or revitalize your complexion, there are numerous non-invasive options available to help you achieve your desired results.

Hyaluronic acid fillers

Hyaluronic acid fillers used in facial injections can be derived from animal or non-animal sources. Animal-derived fillers are often sourced from rooster combs, while non-animal-derived fillers are created through biosynthesis. Allergic reactions are rare with non-animal-derived fillers but can occur with animal-derived fillers.

The process of preparing and injecting hyaluronic acid fillers involves mixing the filler with lidocaine for numbing and then injecting it into the desired areas of the face. The shelf-life of hyaluronic acid fillers varies, but typically, they last for several months to a year. Hyaluronic acid fillers have the ability to attract moisture into the skin, providing hydration and plumping effects.

Compared to other facial filler materials, hyaluronic acid fillers have the advantage of being biocompatible, meaning they are well-tolerated by the body. They also have the ability to be dissolved with an enzyme if necessary. However, they may not be as long-lasting as other filler materials and can be more expensive.

In summary, hyaluronic acid fillers come from both animal and non-animal sources, with potential allergic reactions more common with animal-derived fillers. They have a shelf-life of several months to a year and have the ability to attract moisture into the skin. While they have unique advantages, such as biocompatibility and the ability to be dissolved, they may not be as long-lasting and can be more costly compared to other filler materials.

Laser skin resurfacing explained

Laser skin resurfacing procedures can be broadly categorized into ablative and non-ablative treatments. Fully ablative CO2 and Erbium YAG laser resurfacing are aggressive treatments that remove the outer layers of the skin to address deep wrinkles, scars, and pigmentation. The benefits of these procedures include significant improvement in skin texture, tone, and firmness, with results visible after one treatment. However, downtime and potential side effects such as redness and swelling are to be expected.

Fraxel non-ablative skin rejuvenation, on the other hand, uses fractional laser technology to stimulate the skin’s natural healing process, resulting in smoother, more even skin tone with minimal downtime. Fraxel CO2 laser eyelid tightening targets fine lines and laxity in the delicate eyelid area, leading to tighter, more youthful-looking skin.

Sciton HALO combines ablative and non-ablative wavelengths to target multiple skin concerns simultaneously, delivering dramatic results with minimal downtime. The addition of BBL (broadband light) further enhances the treatment’s ability to address pigmentation, redness, and sun damage.

Overall, laser skin resurfacing treatments offer a range of options to address specific skin concerns, with varying levels of invasiveness and downtime to suit individual needs.

Botox injections

Botox injections are commonly used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines on the face. The injections contain a purified form of the botulinum toxin, which works by blocking nerve signals in the muscles where it’s injected. This temporarily paralyzes the muscle, causing it to relax and smooth out the skin above it. The most common areas treated with Botox include the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes.

Potential side effects of Botox injections may include temporary bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection site, as well as headaches or flu-like symptoms. It’s important to seek treatment from a board-certified plastic surgeon, as they have the necessary expertise to administer Botox injections safely and effectively. Working with an expert is crucial to determine if Botox is the appropriate treatment for addressing the signs of aging. Consulting with a qualified professional can help ensure the desired results are achieved while minimizing potential risks and complications.

Laser skin care

Laser skin treatments offer a range of options for skin rejuvenation and tightening. Laser skin resurfacing uses intense beams of light to improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, and even out skin tone. It can be fully ablative CO2 or non-ablative Fraxel, depending on the level of skin damage and desired results. Fully ablative CO2 treatment provides more dramatic results but requires a longer recovery period, while non-ablative options offer a quicker recovery.

Laser skin tightening targets sagging or loose skin, often used for the face, neck, or stomach. This treatment stimulates collagen production for firmer, more youthful-looking skin. Dr. Hussein, a leading expert in laser skin care, offers a variety of laser treatments, including Sciton HALO and Sciton HALO/BBL, for comprehensive skin rejuvenation and tightening. These treatments can address sun damage, age spots, and fine lines with minimal downtime.

Each laser treatment offers its own benefits and recovery periods, so it’s essential to consult with a knowledgeable professional like Dr. Hussein to determine the best option for your specific skin concerns. Whether seeking resurfacing or tightening, laser skin treatments can provide noticeable results with minimal discomfort and downtime.

Fillers

Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume and contour to the face, rejuvenate the skin, and treat wrinkles and sagging. One common type of dermal filler is made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps to hydrate and add volume to the skin. Hyaluronic acid fillers can effectively plump up the skin, smooth wrinkles, and restore a more youthful appearance.

Pros of using dermal fillers include immediate results, minimal downtime, and a non-invasive nature. However, there are some cons to consider, such as the need for repeat treatments to maintain the effects, potential side effects like swelling or bruising, and the possibility of overfilling or uneven results.

The duration of results can vary depending on the type of filler used, with some lasting anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Repeat treatments are often necessary to sustain the effects, making dermal fillers a long-term commitment for those seeking to maintain a youthful appearance.

In conclusion, dermal fillers, particularly those made of hyaluronic acid, are an effective option for volume restoration, rejuvenation, and wrinkle treatment, with both pros and cons to consider before undergoing treatment.

Eyelid rejuvenation

Eyelid rejuvenation offers a range of options to address signs of aging around the eyes. Surgical procedures like blepharoplasty can remove excess skin and fat, creating a refreshed and youthful appearance. Non-surgical options, such as chemical peels and dermal fillers, can improve skin texture and address fine lines and wrinkles.

Maintaining the natural appearance of the eyes is crucial in eyelid rejuvenation. The overall goal is to look like oneself, only better. Preserving the unique features of the eyes while reducing signs of aging is key to achieving a refreshed but natural look.

Like any cosmetic procedure, eyelid rejuvenation comes with potential risks and benefits. Risks can include bruising, swelling, and the possibility of unsatisfactory results. However, the benefits often outweigh these risks, with most patients experiencing improved self-confidence and a more youthful appearance.

Understanding the different options for eyelid rejuvenation and the importance of maintaining a natural appearance can help individuals make informed decisions when considering these procedures. Whether opting for surgical or non-surgical methods, the goal is to enhance the eyes while preserving one’s unique features.

Facials

Facials are non-invasive, non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments that can help address various concerns such as wrinkles, skin laxity, and overall skin health. There are different types of facials, including deep-cleansing facials, hydrating facials, exfoliating facials, and anti-aging facials.

Deep-cleansing facials help to unclog pores and remove impurities, which can improve skin texture and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Hydrating facials are designed to replenish moisture and plump up the skin, addressing skin laxity and dryness. Exfoliating facials use gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, promoting cell turnover and reducing the appearance of fine lines and scars. Anti-aging facials often incorporate ingredients like antioxidants and collagen-boosting peptides to target wrinkles and improve skin elasticity.

Overall, facials can be an effective non-surgical option for facial rejuvenation, helping to address specific concerns and promote overall skin health and youthfulness.

Surgical procedures for facial rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation can be achieved through various surgical procedures, including brow lift, eye lift, facelift, chin lift, and neck lift. A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift, aims to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and frown lines on the forehead, as well as lift the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance. An eye lift, or blepharoplasty, is designed to correct sagging or drooping eyelids and eliminate puffiness and bags under the eyes. A facelift, or rhytidectomy, targets sagging skin and wrinkles on the face and neck to create a smoother and more toned appearance. A chin lift, or mentoplasty, reshapes and enhances the appearance of the chin for better facial balance. Lastly, a neck lift tightens and removes excess skin on the neck to reduce the appearance of sagging and wrinkles. Candidates for these surgical procedures should be in good overall health, have realistic expectations, and be nonsmokers. The desired outcomes include a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance, enhanced facial contours, and improved self-confidence. Consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon is essential to determine the most suitable procedure based on individual needs and goals.

The role of skin care products in facial rejuvenation

Facial rejuvenation is a common goal for many individuals seeking to improve the overall appearance and health of their skin. Skincare products play a crucial role in this process, as they are designed to cleanse, nourish, and protect the skin from damage caused by environmental factors, aging, and other stressors. By understanding the role of skincare products in facial rejuvenation, individuals can make informed decisions about the products they use and develop a tailored skincare routine that addresses their specific concerns and goals. From anti-aging serums and moisturizers to exfoliants and sunscreen, the right combination of products can help to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and enhance overall skin health. Understanding the benefits and proper use of skincare products is essential for achieving optimal results in the pursuit of facial rejuvenation.

Face Wash

Keeping the skin clean is essential for maintaining healthy and vibrant skin. Clean skin helps to remove excess oil, dirt, and bacteria that can clog pores and lead to acne, breakouts, and other skin issues. It also helps to prevent premature aging and promotes a clear, glowing complexion.

To improve face cleansing, it’s important to establish a bedtime routine and a morning routine. In the evening, it’s crucial to remove makeup and wash the face with a gentle cleanser to remove impurities. Following up with an astringent can help to tighten pores and remove any remaining traces of dirt and oil. In the morning, washing the face with a gentle cleanser helps to remove any oils that accumulated overnight and preps the skin for moisturizer and sunscreen.

When choosing a face wash, it’s important to select a product that is suited to your specific skin type, whether it’s oily, dry, combination, or sensitive. Using a face wash with the right ingredients can help to effectively cleanse the skin without stripping it of its natural oils.

Overall, maintaining a consistent and thorough cleansing routine is key to achieving and maintaining healthy, clear, and radiant skin.

Skin Moisturizer

To maintain skin moisturized, it is essential to use a high-quality skin moisturizer. First, start by cleansing your skin to remove any dirt or impurities. Once your skin is clean, apply the moisturizer to your face and body, gently massaging it in until fully absorbed. It is important to choose a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type, whether it is dry, oily, or combination.

Skin moisture is crucial for keeping your skin healthy and youthful. It helps to prevent dryness, flakiness, and irritation while also promoting a smooth and radiant complexion. Using a skin moisturizer regularly can also help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time.

In addition to moisturizing, it is important to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Use sunscreen with a high SPF to shield your skin from sun damage. Sun protection not only prevents sunburn but also helps to maintain your skin’s moisture by protecting it from the drying effects of the sun.

Incorporating skin moisturizer and sun protection into your daily skincare routine will help you maintain healthy, moisturized skin and protect it from environmental damage. Remember to consider using skin oil to further lock in moisture for a hydrated and glowing complexion.

Sleep

Getting enough restful sleep is crucial for maintaining the appearance of your skin. When we sleep, our body goes into repair mode, and this includes the repair and renewal of skin cells. Research has shown that sleep deprivation can lead to an increase in cortisol levels, which can break down collagen, the protein that keeps our skin smooth and supple. A study in Clinical and Experimental Dermatology found that poor quality of sleep is associated with decreased skin barrier function and increased signs of aging.

To improve sleep quality, consider establishing a bedtime routine that includes calming activities like reading or taking a warm bath. Avoiding caffeine and electronic devices before bed can also help, as the blue light from screens can interfere with the production of the sleep hormone melatonin. Creating a comfortable sleep environment by investing in a good mattress and keeping the room cool and dark can also aid in better sleep. Prioritizing restful sleep and following these tips can lead to significant improvements in the appearance of your skin.

Lifestyle Support

The first step in addressing lifestyle support is to begin with a personalized medicine approach to address health and wellness issues. This includes hormone optimization to ensure hormonal balance, weight and stress management strategies tailored to individual needs, personalized vitamin therapies, nutrition and metabolism evaluation, stress management tips, and an evaluation of food sensitivities and gastrointestinal imbalances.

It’s crucial to undergo a thorough lifestyle evaluation to understand individual needs and create a personalized plan for achieving overall health and wellness. Utilizing the available methods of facial rejuvenation can also play a significant role in enhancing overall well-being. This could include facial treatments, skincare regimens, and other rejuvenation methods to promote a healthy and youthful appearance.

By emphasizing the importance of personalized medicine, health and wellness, hormone optimization, stress management, and facial rejuvenation, individuals can take a proactive approach to maintaining their overall well-being and achieving their health and wellness goals.

I traveled from Phoenix to see Dr. Chike-Obi for a breast lift and implants, and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I chose him because I loved how natural his work looked, and he gave me exactly what I wanted, beautiful results that complement my body without looking overdone. ❤️

I was nervous about the lift scars, but at six weeks post-op, they are already so hard to see thanks to his technique, the scar cream, and silicone scar tape they provide. As a lymphatic massage therapist, I’ve seen a lot of post-op work, and I can confidently say his work is exceptional.

Megan, the clinical nurse, was also amazing throughout the entire process, incredibly sweet, attentive, and supportive. I truly feel like Dr. Chike-Obi is an artist. If you’re considering a breast lift and implants, he is absolutely worth the trip from Phoenix! Highly recommend!

I went into this whole experience without knowing a single thing about getting my tatas done. But choosing the right place definitely changed everything. Since my first appointment, Dr. Chikeobi and the staff explained the whole process to me. They helped me pick the right size (which I loved). They were very communicative during and before the surgery. I am more than happy with my results I can say they are 100% better than I expected. As a girl with a wide chest my breasts have always been my only insecurity and Chikeobi completely changed my life. I have nothing else to say other than thank you so much!! I will forever be grateful. Now I can happily wear bikinis and tops feeling extremely confident and is all thanks to him and his amazing team 🫶🏻. Since I met Dr Chikeobi I knew he was the right one, he knows exactly how to get the perfect results and shape for you body. The only thing I regret about this process wasss not getting them sooner!!!
