- Medical Records Requests (15-Day Rule)
In accordance with the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act, patients have the right to request access to their electronic medical records. 360 Plastic Surgery will process and provide requested electronic records within 15 business days of receiving a formal, written request and valid authorization. To request your records, please contact our office directly.
- Filing a Privacy or Clinical Complaint
We are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and protecting your privacy. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you have the right to file a formal complaint without fear of retaliation.
