My Approach to Breast Surgery
My approach to breast surgery centers on breast optimization—achieving balance, structure, and natural beauty through thoughtful shaping rather than excess or exaggeration. I offer the full spectrum of breast procedures, including augmentation with implants, fat, or biological grafts; lifting; reduction; implant exchange or removal; and internal brassiere techniques for added support and contour.
Regardless of the final volume, I favor a natural, difficult-to-detect look—unless a patient specifically requests otherwise. My goal is always to enhance the body’s existing harmony, creating results that feel authentic in motion and proportion.
Most of my augmentations utilize cohesive gel silicone implants, engineered not only to provide volume but also to restore structure to the breast. This structure is often diminished over time—sometimes naturally absent, and sometimes following life events such as perimenopause, pregnancy, nursing, family planning, or the use of GLP-1 agonists (e.g., Ozempic).
As breast surgery continues to evolve, I constantly refine my techniques, emphasizing preservation of native breast tissue, minimal trauma, and rapid recovery. My practice integrates both time-tested and cutting-edge tools, technologies, and implant designs to meet each patient’s specific goals.
