Their mechanisms make sense biochemically. There is published evidence supporting them. I have also seen real-world effects in patients who appear to heal faster, restore function more efficiently, or improve body composition. But these compounds are not FDA-approved for aesthetic or longevity purposes, and the regulatory environment is fragmented. That matters. These therapies belong under medical oversight, not sourced through social media or informal channels.
Why Peptides Matter
